FEATURES: A two-story craftsman style home with full Southern exposure that was designed to take full advantage of the sun. The main room is a two-story cathedral ceiling with exposed beams, and beautiful radius self-supported stairs. This is an energy efficient home, which was achieved by using spray foam insulation. Cultured stone, two-story Southern facade with a Juliet balcony off the master bedroom.
NOTES: Ipe, a Brazilian sustainable wood, was used throughout the home, the front and rear radius deck was constructed with TimberTech Radius Rail. Anderson Series 400 windows used throughout.
