LOCATION: Westtown, NY
FEATURES: Super energy efficient two-story colonial farmhouse. Geothermal heating and cooling with hot water priority, spray foam insulated. Anderson Series 400 windows, Hardie Plank exterior siding. We milled existing family homestead wood from Ohio and incorporated it into the hardwood flooring throughout the house. The front foyer floor was repurposed from a huge maple tree that was originally planted on the farm and was hit by lighting.
